• Investigate: We will review the claim and verify the details provided.
• Remove or disable access: If the claim is valid, we will remove or disable access to the infringing material promptly.
• Notify the user: We will notify the user who posted the material about the takedown.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification. Your counter-notification must include:

• Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, email address, and telephone number.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or the district where your address is located).
• Your electronic or physical signature.

5. Repeat Infringers
